"Martinus van Crey, 45 jr, arbeider geboren te Nistelrode, wonende te Uden. Beklagd ter zake dat hij den 20 april 1896, te Nistelrode, Philip Wolf mishandeld heeft, door hem opzettelijk te slaan. De getuigen Philip Wolf en J. Smits ter terechtzitting onder ede hebben verklaard, de eerste dat hij waarnam en ondervond, de teweede dat hij waarnam, dat op tijd en plaats in de dagvaarding vermeld bij gelegenheid een onenigheid over het vervoer van Kalveren de beklaagde de eerste getuige moedwillig met een hout op het hoofd sloeg. Martinus van Crey veroordeelt bij verstek tot een gevangenisstraf van acht dagen.
