Harriet Vande Streek was born 26 Nov 1909 in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. She is the daughter of Jan van de Streek and Gertrude Hoekert. Harriet (1) married Payson Harper 5 Aug 1932. Payson died 28 Dec 1955. She married (2) John Henken 2 Oct 1957, he died in 1973.

Mrs. Harriet Henken, 77, 110 Harris Court, died Sunday evening, Dec. 27, 1987 at Waupun Memorial Hospital. Funeral arrangements are pending at Kohl's Funeral Home, Waupun.

Mrs. Harriet Henken, 78, 110 Harris Court, Waupun died Sun. Dec. 27, 1987 at Waupun Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Henken was born on Nov. 26, 1909 in Fox Lake, WI, the daughter of John and Gertje (Horkhert) Vande Streek. She married Payson Harper Aug. 5,1932. He preceded her in death on Dec. 28, 1955. She married John Henken on Oct. 2, 1957 in Waupun. he preceded her in death in 1973. She was a member of Emmanuel Reformed Church, the Women's Guild of the church, and was as organist for many years. She was preceded in death by two husbands, one grandchild, eight brothers and sisters. She is survived by three sons, Donald Harper, Waupun; David Harper, Batavia, Ill.; Robert Harper, Elmhurst, Ill.; one daughter, Mrs. Albertus (Mary) Homan, Marshall, Wi.; two stepsons, Willard Henken, Fond du Lac; Robert Henken, Juneau; eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and five step grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Thursday, Dec. 31, at 1:30 p.m at Emmanuel Reformed church, Rev. Robert Hekhuis officiating. Visitation was held Wed. from 5-8 p.m. at Kohl's Funerla Home, Waupun. Burial was in Forest Mound Cemetery, Waupun.
