Onder leiding van de drossaard van Lieshout vond de deling plaats "bij blinde loote". Helena van Moorsel (ongetrouwde dochter) trok het derde lot en werd daarmee eigenaresse van "huijs, hoff, groes en teullant gelegen alhier op de Kerckdijk groot omtrent 10 loopense (= 1,7 hectare) met de brouwerij en desselfs toebehoore". Daarnaast verkreeg zij nog enkele percelen grond en enkele roerende zaken waaronder twee koetsen.
