Cornelia van As kreeg een onwettig kind van François Gunst en eiste voor de Vierschaar te Zierikzee dat François Gunst, die in ondertrouw was gegaan met Tona Pavias, met haar zou trouwen. Hij werd tot het huwelijk veroordeeld, maar ging in appèl (vermoedelijk bij het Hof van Holland) in 1753. Hij werd veroordeeld tot een geldboete van 200,-- plus de proceskosten, maar werd niet veroordeeld tot het aangaan van een huwelijk en huwde in 1756 alsnog met Tona Pavias.RAZE 3850 (Vierschaar Zierikzee 16-02-1753).
