Notes about Laura Anne Drake

Laura Anne Tuit (nee Drake), beloved wife of August (Gus) Tuit, passed away in her sleep peacefully at home in Greenbank, Wash. on June 22, 2013. Born in Kansas City, Mo., she was a graduate of Chigaco schools, and Michael Reese School of Nursing. Prior of moving to Greenbank in 1989, Laura was employed at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, Ill. Laura was preceded in
death by her parents Ralp and Bessie Drake as well as a brother Ralph and a sister Marjorie. She is survived by a sister Bette Combe.
Also surviving are sons Steven (Sherry) of Crystal Springs, Ill. and Scott of St.Paul, Minn.; as well as three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Laura;s remains will be cremated and there will be no service. Donations may be made to your favorite charity or to the public library in honor of Laura's love of reading.
