Akte 66 jaar 1876 Tekst Ten jare duizend acht honderd zes en zeventig, den acht en twintigsten april ten tien ure voormiddag, verscheen voor ons Eduardus Van Roie, schepen, gedelegeerden Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Bornhem, provicie Antwerpen, Joannes Franciscus De Schryver, landbouwer, oud negen en twintig jaren, geboren en woonachtig te Bornhem, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het mannelijk geslacht, heden om vijf uren des morgends, geboren in deze gemeente, van hem verklaerder en van zijne echtgenote Carolina Denoté, oud twee en dertig jaren, hier geboren en aen welk kind hij verklaerd heeft te willen geven de voornamen van Julianus Leonardus. De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Joannes Franciscus Van den Stoche, gepensionneerde onderwijzer, oud twee en zestig jaren en Ludovicus Josephus Van Breedam, sekretaris, oud vijf en veertig jaren, beide woonachtig in deze gemeente. Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met de vader en de getuigen.
