    Joannes Franciscus De Schryver oud acht en dertig jaren en Franciscus Van gucht oud zeven en vijftig jaren beide landbouwers woonachtig in deze gemeente; de eerstgenoemde vader der overledene en den tweeden gebuur, welken ons hebben verklaard dat gisteren om negen ure voormiddag in hare ouders woning alhier overleden is Josephina De Schryver geboren te Bornhem den een en dertigsten januari achttien honderd vier en tachtig en daar woonachtig, dochter van den eersten Komparant Joannes Franciscus De Schryver en van Carolina Denoté, beide in leven.
    Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd. waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeente-huize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met den eersten Komparant, de tweede heeft verklaard niet te kunnen schrijven, bij gebrek van geleerdheid.
