    Leopoldus Carolus De Keersmaecker, landbouwer, oud dertig jaren, geboren en woonachtig te Bornhem, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het mannelijk geslacht, gisteren om vier uren namiddag, geboren in deze gemeente, van hem verklaerder en van zijne echtgenote Maria Juliana Verheyden, oud twintig jaren, hier geboren en aen welk kind hij verklaerd heeft te willen geven den voornaem van Josephus.
    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Joannes Vergauwen, landbouwer, oud drij en veertig jaren en Joannes Baptista De Kuyper, veldwachter, oud vier en vijftig jaren, beide woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met den vader en de getuigen.

    Leopoldus Carolus De Keersmaecker, landbouwer, oud dertig jaren, woonachtig te Bornhem en Joannes Baptista De Kuyper, veldwachter, oud vier en vijftig jaren, woonachtig te Weert, de eerstgenoemde vader van den overleden en de tweeden gebuer, welke ons hebben verklaerd dat gisteren om twee uren 's morgens, in zijns grootvaders woning alhier, overleden is Josephus De Keersmaecker, geboren te Weert, den negensten september achttien honderd zes en zestig en daer woonachtig, zoon van den eersten komparant Leopoldus Carolus De Keersmaecker en van Maria Juliana Verheyden beide in leven.
    Waervan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaekt, en na voorlezing geteekend met de komparanten.
