    Ten jare duizend negen honderd, den zes en twintigsten februari te negen ure voormiddag, verschenen voor ons Graaf Ferdinand de Marnix, Burgemeester, Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der Gemeente Bornhem, provincie Antwerpen,
    Henricus Goossens, landbouwer, oud negen en vijftig jaren en Ludovicus De bruyn, dienstbode, oud veertig jaren, beiden woonachtig in deze gemeente, de eerstgenoemde broeder van den overledene en de tweeden gebuur, welken ons hebben verklaard dat gisteren om drij uren namiddag in zijne woning alhier overleden is Julianus Goossens, landbouwer, geboren te Bornhem den zevenden Juli achttien honderd negen en dertig en daar woonachtig, ongehuwde zoon van Michaël Goossens en van Francisca De Schryver. beiden overleden te Bornhem.
    Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd. Waarvan akte, in dubbel, door ons ten gemeentehuize opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met de komparanten.
