    Michiel Eggermont, daglooner, oud acht en dertig jaren, geboren en woonachtig te Bornhem, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, heden om vijf uren en half des morgends, geboren in deze gemeente, van hem verklaarder en van zijne echtgenote Maria Ludovica Waumans, oud twee en veertig jaren, hier geboren en aan welk kind hij verklaard heeft te willen geven den voornaam van Josephina.
    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Alexander De Keersmaecker, oud twee en dertig jaren en Josephus Pauwels, oud vier en twintig jaren, beide brouwersgasten, woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met de getuigen, de vader heeft verklaard niet te kunnen schrijven, bij gebrek van geleerdheid.
