Akte 88 jaar 1889 Tekst Ten jare duizend acht honderd negen en tachtig ,den negentienden september ten negen ure voormiddag, verscheen voor ons Henricus Cesar Van kerckhoven schepen gedelegueerden Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Hingene Nattenhaesdonck, provincie Antwerpen en arrondissement Mechelen, Petrus Joannes Raes mandemaker, geboren te Hingene den twaalfden oktober duizend acht honderd vier en veertig en aldaar woonachtig Wielstraat wijk A n°15,dewelke ons vertoond heeft een kind van het mannelijk geslacht geboren alhier op gisteren achttienden sepmtember om tien uren voormiddag van hem verschijner en van zijne vrouw Maria Theresia Kegels, geboren te Hingene den eersten juni duizend acht honderd acht en veertig, aan welk kind hij verklaard heeft te willen geven de voornamen van Camillus Josephus. De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Antonius Henricus Van Oost mandenmakersgast oud zes en dertig jaren en Guilielmus Alphonsius Talboom veldwachter oud een en dertig jaren beide inwoners van Hingene. Waarvan akte ,door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend benevens de vader en de twee getuigen.
