    Heden het jaer achttien honderd vier en dertig, den tweeden augustus om negen ueren 's morgens voor ons Joannes Franciscus Van damme, assessor en ambtenaer van den borgerlijken stand der gemeente van Hingene, katon van Puers, Provincie van Antwerpen, daertoe door den heer Borgemeester gedelegueerd is gecompareerd:
    Josephus Raes, mandemaeker, oud een en dertig jaeren, geboren en woonagtig binnen deze gemeente, den welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, geboren op gisteren eersten Augustus om elf en half ueren 's nachts, van hem verklaerder en van Angelina Kegels, oud twee en dertig jaeren, gebortig van Hingene, zijne huysvrouw, waeraen hij verklaerd heeft te willen geven den voornaem van Coleta.
    De voornoemde vertooning en verklaring gedaen in de tegenwoordigheyd van Joannes Baptista Suykens, veldwachter, oud een en vijftig jaeren en van Egidius Raes, secretaris, oud zes en twintig jaeren, beyde binnen deze gemeente woonende.
    En naer gedaene voorlezing, den vader en de getuygen hebben dezen akt met ons schepen geteekend.
