    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Alphonsius De Maeyer, drukker, oud zes en twintig jaren en Ludovicus Andries, rentenier, oud negen en vijftig jaren, beiden woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte,in dubbel, door ons ten Gemeentehuize opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met de getuigen, de vader heeft verklaard niet te kunnen schrijven, bij gebrek van geleerdheid.
