Heeft jarenlang als examinator/rijksgecommiteerde gefungeerd voor het afnemen van machinisten-examens(electrotechniek) 3 kinderen, waarvan de oudste - Henk - tijdens de tweede wereldoorlog op ongeveer 20 jarige leeftijd aan tbc is overleden.
Kwam op 4 sept 1934 vanuit Den Helder naar Amsterdam.
