Duizenden gebruiken de site als educatief referentie-instrument. Geliefde personen waarvan men het spoor reeds lang bijster was, kunnen nu opnieuw gelokaliseerd worden en miljoenen levens worden opnieuw innig herdacht. In welk werkgebied had Jim een van de laatste nog levende Munchkins kunnen ontmoeten of in een Hollywoods mausoleum kunnen spreken tot een publiek van liefhebbers van graven, of zijn antieke doodskist schroevendraaier kunnen verwerven(schroeft alleen naar binnen)?

      Ralph Hulst

      Ralph J. Hulst, 68, of Hospers, died July 7 in a Sioux City hospital of long illness.

      Services were July 10 in the First Reformed Church at Hospers. The Rev. Carl De Jong officiated. Burial was in the Hospers Cemetery under the direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home of Sioux Center.

      Mr. Hulst was born Feb. 14, 1913, at Hospers. He married Gertrude Dykstra Feb. 23, 1934, at Sheldon. They farmed near Hospers until 1976 when they moved into town.

      He was a member of the First Reformed Church.

      Survivors include the widow; one son, Gary R. of Fresno, Calif, one daughter, Mrs. Marian (Carol Faye) Velgersdyk of Sioux Falls, S.D.; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; six brothers, Henry of Artesia, Calif., Gordon of Columbia, S.C., Herman of Fair Oaks, Calif., John of Hull, Nick of Rock Valley, and Ellion of La Habra, Calif.; and four sisters, Mrs. Tracy Kooiman of Norwalk, Calif., Mrs..Rose Kline of Bellflower, Calif., Mrs. Margaret Shaver of San Bernardino, Calif., and Mrs. Marie Reuter of Sheldon.
