    Kadastraal bekend Gemeente Rijsenburg Sectie A nummer 740. Het betreft een rentenierswoning met tuin, groot 10 aren.

    Op 10 november leent hij op basis van een hypotheek op bovengenoemd pand
    ¹ 3.610,-- tegen een rente van 4% per jaar van de heer Jan Kol, bankier wonende te Utrecht.

    Op 21 april 1948 wordt dit pand verkocht door zijn zoon Hendrik en schoonzoon L.P.F.J. Beijé voor een bedrag van ¹ 6.000,-- aan J.Th.van Rooyen, kweker wonende te Doorn. Notaris was A.R. van Mennege te Driebergen-Rijssenburg.
