Notes about Cornelis Willem Spapen

Cornelis huurt een huis aan het Ven van zijn schoonmoeder, maar wordt bij de erfdeling van diens goederen in 1781 zelf eigenaar van een huis aan het Hoogend in de herdgang 't Ven.
Willem en Elisabeth maken een testament op 16 april 1794. Voor zijn twee voorkinderen werd een alimentatieregeling getroffen met de voogden Jan Baptist van Erven en Willem Spapen.
De schulden van Cornelis bestonden toen uit 19 gulden voor het oppassen van een van zijn kinderen aan Jan van Erven en 28 gulden aan de dienstmeid.
Cornelis en zijn beide kinderen sterven aan de rode loop zoal zovelen.
Hij werd 15.10.1794 te Goirle begraven, waarna zijn goederen, bestaande een huis met schuur aan het Hoogend en een perceel heide in de Winkelhoeken, getaxeerd werden op ƒ 178.-.-
