Notes about Tijmen Lucasz de Roos

Doop-akten Wijk bij Duurstede onderzocht van 1720 - 1740. Geen akte aangetroffen.

Tussen Tijmen de Roos en zijn wijlen zijn eerste vrouw Jacomijna Straatmans is dd. 29-04-1752 opgericht een acte van Tugt waarbij de langstleevende van een van hun beyden sal gebruijken en besitten naar Tugtregten alle de gedeelde en ongedeelde goederen van den eerst stervende. De inventaris bevat o.a. "Een halff huys, hoff en schuur, kennelijk geleegen in het dorp van Rheden, en door den inventarisant bewoont wordende, samen in het geheel groot ongeveer 1.2 molder gesaaij.

N.21 Momberschapsverborging te Rheden onder voorzitterschap van Josua de Putter, Onderscholtis des Ampts Rheeden, over de onmundige kinderen van Tijmen de Roos en wijlen Geertruijd Meijerinck, zijnde: Lucas, Gerrit en Willemijna de Roos. Voogden zijn Willem van de Laak en Gijsbert van Minckelen . Borgen worden Gerrit Fredrix van de Steenweert en Hendrik Jansen. De gerichtslieden hierbij zijn Gerrit Berents en Evert Vos.

Tevens is een magescheid (N.51) toegevoegd, opgericht te Rheden d.d. 27-10-1774. De magescheidsvrienden zijn: Gart Berentsen, Evert Vos, G. van xxx en J.D. Putter
