Notes about Gerrit Van Der (Gerrit, Van Der) Linden

Gerrit van der Linden was geboren te Hagestein, is het grootste deel van zijn leven woonachtig geweest te Loon op Zand. Was van beroep Leerlooiersknecht en gehuwd met Elisabeth van Haperen. Ook is Gerrit IJscoman geweest volgens de ovelevering.
Gerrit heeft rond 1936 een ongeluk gehad, viel met zijn hoofd tegen een paal waarna zijn verstandelijke vermogens afnamen en hij op 15 Jun 1936 naar een inrichting voor verstandelijk gehandicapten te Vught verhuisde.
Gerrit was de zoon van Willem van de Linden en van Anna Veld. tentijde van het huwelijk van Gerrit en Elisabeth, woonde W. v.d. Linden te Haarlem en was aldaar werkzaam als arbeider.

Registratie Bevolkingsregister, blad nummer 764 Loon op Zand met als hoofd Gerrit van der Linden ontvangen van RHCT op 12 Jul 2001. Bron: Loon op Zand/ bevolkingsregisters, archief: 0910 inventarisnummer onbekend, pagina 19a deel 40. Ingeschreven op 25 Jun 1920 (trouwdatum), Klokkenlaan 347 te Loon op Zand, naast het huis van Petrus van Haperen, Klokkenlaan 346, die daarvoor in de Kerkstraat 163 en 176 te Loon op Zand had gewoond. Op 15 Jun 1936 vertrok Gerrit naar Vught.
