    She is survived by her children Brad Cooley of Paris and Tammy Shanks of Paris; her grandchildren Keana Mullen of Paris, Sabrina Cooley of Florida, Brendan Fansler of Paris; her great-grandchild Makaio Denz of Paris; her brothers Mark Clements of Paris, Tim Clements of Pana; her sisters Dawn Vanus of Pana and Linda Tranchant of Catlin.

    Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
