Notitie bij Goyard: "Dominus Godefridus de Amstel" wordt in 1464 toegelaten als eerste rector van het nieuw gestichte altaar van Sint Ioannes Baptist
en is dat nog in 1510 (in 1524 is Benedictus van Hersel rector). Van 1469 tot 1474 vervangt hij de rector van de vicarie, Mr. Henriocus van Hersel.
In 1485 is hij coadjutor van deze rectors.
28-01-1511 (1510) Helmond: "Heer Goeyart soen wilner Jans van Amstel Geritssoen", priester, draagt op aan Goyart van den Goir 15 lopens rog erfpacht uit land te Bakel
