She is married to Judocus "Josse" Van Landeghem.

Josse Van Landeghem werd in 1705 geboren in Beveren. Josse heeft zijn moeder nooit gekend. Die stierf toen hij maar 11 maand oud was! Josse zelf huwde in Beveren in januari 1727 op 21-jarige leeftijd met de drie jaar jongere Isabella De Ryck. Hij werkte als herbergier in “t’ claveren aes" te Beveren. Het koppel kreeg maar liefst 12 kinderen.


Paschasius (1728), Josse (1730), Amelberga (1732), Catharina (1734), Anthony (1737), Pieter-Frans (1739), Jacques (1742), Jan (1744), Petrus-Matheus (1745), Michiel (1746), Louis-Ferdinand (1749) en Servaes (1754). De kinderen werden allen in Beveren geboren, Petrus-Matheus werd maar 2 dagen oud en de jongste telg van het gezin, Servaes werd 6 maand oud. De rest van het gezin bereikte wel hun volwassen leeftijd.


 


In 1734 overlijd de vader van Isabella De Ryck. Zij en haar man Judocus Van Landeghem worden voogd van Isabella's jongste zus, Amelberga.


In 1759 sterft Josse van Landeghem in Beveren, zijn vrouw Isabella De Ryck  blijft zorgen voor de kinderen. In datzelfde jaar huwt hun zoon, die ook de naam Josse heeft, in Temse met Amelberga Van Mieghem. Eén jaar later huwt de oudste van het gezin, Paschasius in Kieldrecht met Maria De Volder. Maar hij trekt nadien ook naar Temse. Dochter Amelberga gaat ook naar Temse terwijl haar zus naar Haasdonk trekt om daar als landbouwster aan de slag te gaan.


Zes jaar na het overlijden van vader Josse, sterft Isabella De Ryck in januari 1765.  In datzelfde jaar vertrekt zoon Anthony naar zwijndrecht, Pieter-Frans blijft in Beveren, en Jacques gaat naar Temse. De drie jongste van het gezin,  Joannes (1744), Michael (1746), Louis Ferdinand (1749) werden geplaatst bij hun oudste broer, Paschasius en bij Jan Colaes.
