Inhoud : De auctor verklaart schuldig te zijn aan de destinataris 665 guldens, zijnde het restant van de koopsom van de voorgaande akte d.d. 23-12-1722. Als onderpand dient het daarbij door hem verkregen huis, hof en erf, staande en gelegen aan het einde van de Marct (belendingen - noord: Jan Jacobsen TIMMERMANS; oost: Pieter Joossen VAN ROSENDAEL; zuid: sheeren straat; west: Adriaen MOSSELMANS erfgenamen).
Op 23-08-1734 verklaart Francois VAN PELT lasthebber van Cornelia DE RUIJTER echtgenote van Pieter VAN SINT ANNALAND dat de schuld is voldaan."

De verkoop is een gevolg van de beslaglegging van bovengenoemde goederen op 16-11-1720 door Cornelia DE RUIJTER, weduwe en boedelhoudster van Johannes VAN DER HEIJDEN wonende in Oude Tonge.
Het pand behoorde toe aan Huijbregt VAN VELTHOVEN echtgenoot van Jacomijntje VAN GAGELDONCK voormaals weduwe en geïnstitueerd erfgename van Jan Pietersen OBELS. Op de goederen rustte een schuld van 600 guldens en 100 guldens volgens obligatie van 03-12-1704."
