(237) Der Herr Theoderich von Batenburg überträgt, zum Seelenheil seiner weiland Eltern Gerard und Elizabeth sowie seines Bruders Arnold, am Begräbnistage des letzteren, der Abtei Kamp, mit Einwilliging seiner Gattin Methildis, einen jährlichen Zins von 2 Pfund Löwener Münze (das Pfund zu 20 Solidi gerechnet) aus den Wochenmarktgefällen in Batenburg (Bedburg) file://(XXXXX@XXXX.XXX), jedoch unter dem Vorbehalte für sich und seine Erben, denselben durch einmalige Zahlung von 20 Pfund Löwener Münze abzulösen. Zeugen: Die edlen (viris nobilibus) Herr Theoderich von Morse (Moers), Alard von Drile, Rutger von Wickerode (Wickrath), Kanonich in Xanten, Vettern des Ausstellers, Th., Vogt von Apoldor (Appldorn?), Gerard von Sande, Hederich, Schultheiß, Knappen des Ausstellers, u. m. a. Actum et datum jn crastino beati Lamberti martyris. In die sepulture predicti Arnoldi fratris nostri. Anno domini MCCLXXXX primo.
