Op 9-3-1743 vindt de uitkoop plaats door Frederik Quint, meester verver en borger te Utregt, wednr. en boedelhouder van Christina Spoltman, overleden te Utrecht 24-1-1743, van Aletta Noest, wed. van Nicolaes Spoltman, zijn schoonmoeder wonend te Utregt, uit de boedel ter voldoening van haar legitieme portie. Er wordt verwezen naar de huwelykse voorwaarden d.d. 17-2-1730 voor Nots. Wyer Jan van Overmeer, waarbij zij elkaar wederzijds tot enige universele erfgenaam benoemden indien een van hen kinderloos zou komen te overlijden, doch op last van de legitieme portie voor de moeder van de eerststervende. Frederik Quint zal aan Aletta Noest betalen ƒ 100,-- en een popolieren japon en een dito rok terwijl zij moet betalen de onkoste van dese met de zegels. Get. Op 19-1-1760 passeert de boedelbeschrijving van goederen, door Christina Spoltman, gelegateerd aan Elisabet Spoltman, wed. van Dirk Tucker, aan Theodora Spoltman, in leven gehuwd met Cornelis van der Horst, aan Margareta Spoltman, gehuwd met Dirk van Fockenberg, en aan Anna Elizabet Spoltman. Balanghebbende is Johannes van Bergen, wednr. van Christina Spoltman wonend aan de Bemuurde Weerd te Utrecht. Er wordt verwezen naar een testament d.d. 1-2-1749 voor notaris J. Vervoorn.
