Notes about Lolkje Oldenburger

De ouders van Lolkje Oldenburger woonden met hun kinderen in een spitkeet op de Surhuizumerheide. Haar oudste broer Bauke Oldenburger (1885-1959) kwam herhaaldelijk met politie en justitie in aanraking vanwege diefstal, verduistering, mishandeling en doodslag. Voor laatstgenoemde misdrijf, gepleegd samen met een compagnon op 25 oktober 1909, werd een strafeis gesteld van 18 jaar gevangenisstraf. Conform de eis volgde de veroordeling (RAF toegang 50-01 nr. 1019 351 d.d. 30 juni 1910).
Op 5 juli 1910 belandde hij in de gevangenis te Leeuwarden. Bauke Oldenburger werd op 24 januari 1912 overgeplaatst naar het Rijkskrankzinnigengesticht in Medemblik en elf jaar later naar een soortgelijke instelling in Eindhoven.
