Notes about Trijntje Gutter

Johannes Gutter, de vader van Trijntje Gutter was molenaar van de Vier Noorder Koggen, die bemalen werd door vierentwintig watermolens. De afbraak van de molens was op 27-03-1908 toen twintig stuks voorvoor Dfl. 500,- publiekelijk werden verkocht.

In de molenvan Mijnsheerenweg op Koppeshorn werd Joannes Gutter in 1876 molenaar tegen een loon van Dfl. 125,- en vrij wonen, vrij groene zeep en vrij petroleum, alsmede Dfl. 25,- voor het controleren van de sluis.

Hij trouwde op 13-9-1877 met Trijntje Zwaan geboren op 27-3-1849, maar die viel op 8-9-1882 in de molenkolk en verdronk.

Trijntje Gutter is geboren in Medemblik op 26-6-1886. Ze was de dochter van Joannes Gutter en Antje Pregt met wie Joannes Gutter op 9-8-1883 is getrouwd.

Het gezin telde tenslotte twaalf kinderen daarom moest hij ook koeien en schapen houden en een tuinderij beginnen. In 1906 heeft hij een boerderijtje laten zetten, waar de familie tot 1916 heeft gewoond. Toen overleed zijn vrouw en vertrok hij naar Opperdoes waar hij op 21-5-1926 is overleden.
