      In het jaar achttien honderd twee en zestig, den Elfden dag der maand December verscheen voor ons Wethouder, Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der Gemeente Wilnis, Provincie Utrecht, Gerrit Nap, oud drie en dertig jaren, van beroep veehouder wonende te Wilnis. Dewelke ons verklaarde, dat op den Elfden dag der maand December dezes jaars, des nachts ten vier ure, binnen deze Gemeente in het huis Wijk2 No 14 is geboren een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht uit Trijntje Korver, zonder beroep, wonende alhier, huisvrouw van den Comparant aan welk kind de Comparant verklaart dat gegeven wordt de voornaam van Emmetje.
      Zijnde deze verklaring geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Cornelis van Sevenhoven, oud vierenvijftig jaren, van beroep veehouder wonende te Wilnis en Dirk Verpoorten, oud eenendertig jaren, van beroep onderwijzer wonende te Wilnis als getuigen.
      Hebbende wij de tegenwoordige Acte , na voorlezing, onderteekend, met den Comparant en de getuigen.
