      In het jaar achttien honderd zeven en zestig, den Vierden dag der maand Maart verscheen voor ons Wethouder, Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der Gemeente Wilnis, Provincie Utrecht Gerrit Nap, oud zevenenveertig jaren, van beroep veehouder wonende te Wilnis. Dewelke ons verklaarde, dat op den Derden dag der maand Maart dezes jaars, des nachtes ten half twaalf ure, binnen deze Gemeente in het huis Wijk 2 No 14 is geboren een kind van het mannelijk geslacht uit Trijntje Korver, zonder beroep, wonende alhier aan welk kind de Comparant verklaart dat gegeven wordt de voornaam van Arie.
      Zijnde deze verklaring geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Gerrit Blom, oud zevenenveertig jaren, van beroep veehouder wonende te Wilnis en Hage Vis oud vierenveertig jaren, van beroep nachtwacht wonende te Wilnis als getuigen.
      Hebbende wij de tegenwoordige Acte, na voorlezing onderteekend, met den Comparant en de getuigen.
