      RAL-LvO 1757, 35r (realisatie 23 oktober 1711): Op 21 februari 1711 ruilde Thijs Eggen, gehuwd met Nelen Raven, land met Willem Buskens en Joannes Hend. Kremers, gehuwd met Elisabeth Buskens. This ontving 147 roeden en 10 voet weiland te Terstraten onder Nuth, 19 roeden beemd in Hellebroek onder Nuth, grenzend aan Thomas Crijns, alsmede nog vier percelen land, waarvan de specificaties aan Thijs schriftelijk werden overhandigd. Thijs Eggen gaf in ruil een halve morgen land achter Terstraten "op den graeff", grenzend aan de erfgenamen Jan Leuffkens, Thijs Eggen en Peter Eggen. Verder zou hij uiterlijk Pinksteren 1711 nog 485 gulden betalen, Een schuld van 115 gulden tegen 5%, staande op de verworven goederen, werd door Thijs Eggen overgenomen.

      RAL-LvO 1757, 51r: Op 27 maart 1713 verkocht Matthijs Eggen, gehuwd met Nelen Raven 70 roeden beemd in de Hellebroeker beemden onder Nuth, grenzend aan de weduwe Matthijs Limpens, Reinier Crijns, de erfgenamen Claes Coenen, de vloedgraaf en de erfgenamen Severen Cortten, voor 13 stuivers per roede aan de weduwe van Matthijs Limpens.

      RAL-LvO 1757, 84v: Op 31 maart 1715 verkocht Thijs Eggen, gehuwd met Nelen Raeven, 108 roeden akkerland op het Helleveld onder Nuth, grenzend aan Claes Hermens, Jan Hermens en Jan Peters, voor 18 stuivers per roede. De koper was Geurt Snackers, gehuwd met Gertruijt Hermens.

      : Op 22 juli 1715 leende Matthijs Eggen, gehuwd met Nelen Raeven, 200 gulden tegen 5% van Matthijs Meex, armenmeester van Nuth, en stelde daartoe tot onderpand drie morgen en 84 roeden land "op den wateros" onder Nuth, grenzend aan Merten a Campo, Peter Eggen, de Trichterweg en Hermen Meijs; voorts een morgen en 14 roeden land op het Helleveld onder Nuth, grenzend aan Hermen Meijs, Lenaert Bollen en de erfgenamen Claes Hermens.
