    RAL-LvO 1757, 103v: Op 2 april 1717 verkocht Matthijs Baltus, gehuwd met Helena Raeven, aan Matthijs Eggen, gehuwd met Heijlicken Stijffs, 84 kleine roeden weiland te Helle onder Nuth, grenzend aan Peter Zijben, Jan Raeven en de straat. Iedere kleine roede kostte 12 stuivers.

    RAL-LvO 1757, 120r: Op 22 april 1720 verkoopt Werner van Diest, inwoner van Helle-Nuth, aan Matthijs Eggen, gehuwd met Helena Stijffs, en Jacob Brouns, gehuwd met Maria Eggen, elk voor de helft 62 kleine roeden huis met moestuin en land, gelegen te Helle, grenzend aan Jan Eggen, Lemmen Raven, de weg en Jan Smitsmans, voor 25 stuivers per kleine roede. Verder zat in de koop inbegrepen het wassen, naaien en vermaken van het linnengoed van de verkoper gedurende zijn verdere leven, het recht om het huis te blijven bewonen, alsmede het gebruik van de helft van de moestuin. De kopers droegen vanaf nu de verantwoording voor het onderhoud van het huis. 

    RAL-LvO 1758, 122r: Op 20 juli 1739 werden afspraken gemaakt tussen Jacob Brouns, gehuwd met Catharina Meijs en weduwnaar uit eerste huwelijk van Maria Eggen, enerzijds en de broer van zijn eerste echtgenote Matthias Eggen, en diens zoon Leonaert (mede voor zijn zwager Matthevis Hermens). Het betrof de goederen die Jacob Brouns tijdens zijn eerste huwelijk had gekocht en waarvan hij het vruchtgebruik had.
