    Heel, heel veel dank is verschuldigd aan Henderika Hillechiena Elsien Geertje Leemborg voor de geboden gastvrijheid (beginjaren 2000) bij mijn bezoeken aan haar prachtige huis in Bedum, voor de vele verhalen die zij mij over de familie Leemborg kenbaar heeft gemaakt, en de vele foto's die ik uit haar familiealbums heb mogen overnemen. Henderika was zeer geinteresseerd in de familie Leemborg en uitermate enthousiast over de stamboom die ik doende was samen te stellen. Kort na elkaar zijn echtgenoot William Klaas en Henderika (voor mij) heel plotseling overleden. Ik zal de familie nooit vergeten !
