8-3-1773 Nademaal Hannes van den Bogaert, won. Leersum, zich niet ontzien heeft om op verschillende plaatsen injurieuze woorden te spreken van Maria Flooren, doende onder andere deze uitdrukkingen dat hij een boek met zilverbeslag van haar heeft en niet wil terug geven voordat hij wist waar zijn vlees en bloed gebleven was. Maria heeft volgens hem twee kinderen gehad en moet noodzakelijk op het schavot komen. De notaris of een ander bevoegd persoon moet Hannes afvragen of hij dit gestand houdt en of hij nog steeds haar kerkboek niet wil terug geven. Op de sloten staat de naam Jacobje Hardeman. Op 9-3-1773 is de notaris bij Hannes geweest. Hannes ontkent dit gezegd te hebben en wil het boek terug geven.
