Lambertus and Anna Christina were cousins, and shared the same in-laws and Willem Karel and Hermana. Lambertus and Willem were brothers. Anna and Hermana were sisters. According to Ken Scholten, Lambertus (Oom Bart) may have been the source of the expression moonlighting (working a second job), since he preferred to work at night so much that it was said "the moon is the sun of Oom Bart". Records from genlias indicate that he was a gardener.
