Notes about Elmira VANDENBOS

Elmira De Lange, 79, Corsica, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, at Sanford Medical Center, Sioux Falls. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Christian Reformed Church, Harrison. Burial will be in Harrison Cemetery.
She grew up there and graduated from Platte High School. On Jan. 11, 1950, she married Marlowe De Lange in Platte. She was a member of Harrison Christian Reformed Church, Esther Circle, Ladies Aid, New Holland Christian Grade School Auxiliary, Dakota Christian School Auxiliary and DCHS Foster Grandparent Program. She participated in Crossroads Prison Ministry Program, recently receiving an award for her years of service. She also belonged to Women’s Farm Bureau.
