Afsch. 513, p. 43); in 1800 eigenaar van het pand Achterstraat 34 te St. Philipsland (gesitueerd tegenover de Oud-Gereformeerde Kerk ald.); dit huis werd verm. in opdracht van Neeltje gebouwd; het kwam in 1814 in bezit van haar zoon Jan de Groen die het 5-6-1831 voor fl. 200 verkocht (G.A. Tholen, Notariële archieven, inv. 2919, 944); zij verkocht op 31-12-1805 de Reephoeve voor 38 pond per gemet (voor totaal 4388 pond, 14 schellingen en 10 groten Vlaams) aan Johannes van Dijke (RAZE 5881, fol. 2); zij verstrekte de koper hypotheek (RAZE 5882, 11-3-1806); vertrok met att. d.d. 4-9-1807 naar Bruinisse; woonde in de Oudestraat nr. 111 ald.; overl. ald. 7-6-1811; in 1832 woonde haar jongste kind Jan de Groen (geb. 1781) in de Nieuwstraat te Bruinisse, destijds kad. genummerd sectie C nr. 165.
