    Op 4 maart 1665 transporteerden Mr. Ysbrant Kividt en Cornelis Jacobsz. van der Es, schepen van Rhoon, als curators over de boedel en goederen van Leendert Pleuneh en Lijntje Henricx (mijnsinziensde lang gezochtvooroudersvan de Rhoonse groep Groenenboom!lWb), beiden zaliger, aan Claes Leendertsz. Corenneeff, wonende te Rhoon, de opstal van een woning of bouwhuis met "barch"en wagenkeet in de heerlijkheid Rhoon. Aan de oost- en zuidzijde was deze woning belend aan den Rijsdijck en ten westen en noorden aan de erfgenamen van de heer Hubrecht van der Meer, op wiensgrond deze
    hofstede stond. Daarbij nam Corenneeff ook het gebruik over van 23 gemeten weide- en bouwland, welk aan verscheideneeigenaars behoorden. Voor de hoeve betaalde hij 800gld. kontant en voor het restant van 1200gld. werd dezelfde dag een schuldbrief opgemaakt, waarbij de te Charlois wonende Leendert Dingensz. en de in Rotterdam gedomicilieerde Doen Leenderts zich als borgen stelden. Deze brief was op 29 mei 1671 geroyeerd.
    Op een waarschijnlijk in 1667 aangelegde lidmatenlijst van Rhoon staat het echtpaar Coornneef als Claes Leendertse en Ariaentie Leenderts vermeld. Achter hun naam werd naderhand "dood"geschreven.
    Op de te Rhoon gehouden rechtdagvan 29 maart 1681liet Aeriaentje Leenders als eiseres Teunis Janse Boogaert dagen. Hij had ca. eenjaar eerder enige beesten gekocht, maar was in gebreke geleven gebleven met betaling. Aeriaentje eiste dat Bogaert beesten zou verkopen teneinde haar geld te kunnen krijgen. Het gerecht en de gedaagde stemden daar mee in.
