Op deze site is ook uitgezocht of deze Cornelis Dingeman afstamt van deze familie van der Sluijs te Drimmelen, ook daar is de naam Dingeman en Cornelis steeds terugkomend. De site is verder geaan met zoeken en schrijft nu:
    "Nieuwe vondsten wijzen er echter op dat al deze speculaties overbodig zijn en dat de familie Van der Sluijs te Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht afstamt van een familie 'Van Houwelingen' en genoemd is naar de sluis aan de Oostendam te Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht."
    Verder wordt dit vermeld: "Cornelis (Dingemansz.), geboren 1665?, werd in 1689 bij de aangifte van Maria 'Cornelis Dingemansz.' genoemd, bij de volgende vier kinderen 'Cornelis Dingemans Sluijs' en pas in 1704 'Cornelis Dingemans van der Sluijs', deed op 31-6-1690 te Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht belijdenis samen met Grietje Cornelis en als lidmaat bevestigd, woonde Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, trouwde Caatje [= Catharina] Corstiaansdr. Hoogehuijse [Hoogehuis, Hoogerhuijse], gestorven 1736"
