    Gezien de naam lijkt Maartje een nazaat van Burgaert Colijns Coelen en Achtge Claesdr. De laatste twee kregen in ca 1539 als dochter (Jan's zus) een Maritge Burgaers (Burgers), zij huwde Claes Damen. Haar broer Jan huwde onbekend, haar broer Cornelis idem dito. Er is dus nog een onbekende tussenschakel. Zowel de naam Maritge, Cornelis Jan en Burger behoren tot deze familie, hoe ze verbonden zijn is me (K.J. Slijkerman) nog niet duidelijk.
