    Jan Willemsz Cock, wonend in Scharloos benoemt tot zijn erfgenamen de wettige nakomelingen van zijn kinderen Willem Jansz, Adriaen Jansz, Pieter Cornelis, Adriaen en Janneken Jans. Zijn zoon Willem die in het buitenland is krijgt niet meer dan er nu al voor hem betaald is.
    NB: De datum was eerst 10-07-1635, maar is later veranderd.

    Op 16-10-1635 testeert de in Charlois wonende Jan Willemsz. Cock op zijn kinderen of kleinkinderen en onder hen is een zoon Adriaen, zonder twijfel identiek met de latere echtgenoot van Pietertje Salij. Van Adriaentgen Aerts en haar zonen Sijmon, Mathijs en Heijndrick Leendertsz. Droogendijck krijgt Arijen Jansz. Cock, inwoner van Charlois, bij akte van 9-3-1658 een huisje met erf, berch, schuur, boomgaard enz. in de oosthoek van Charlois aan den hoogendijck getransporteerd. Dit alles was nog belast met 160 gld. De koopsom is niet in de akte vermeld.
