    Daniel Janse Vleggaart en zijn vrouw Jannigie Schalken Kuijper, wonende te Ridderkerk, maken hun testament. De testateur benoemt de kinderen die hij heeft verwekt bij zijn eerste vrouw Jannigie Pieterse van der Linden tot zijn enige en universele erfgenamen. De testatrice benoemt de kinderen die zij heeft gekregen met haar eerste man Aart Hermense Grasdijk tot erfgenamen. Tot de erfenis behoort onder andere het huis waarin zij wonen, alsmede een huisje aan de Pruimendijk en een huisje te Ridderkerk. Genoemd wordt ook een huisje te Ridderkerk, dat voor 180 gulden is verkocht aan Hermen Aartse Grasdijk, de zoon van de testatrice.

    De testateur benoemt zijn zoon Jan Daniel Vleggaart en Arij Pleunen Velthoen tot voogden van zijn minderjarige erfgenamen. De testatrice benoemt Hermen Aartse Grasdijk en haar broer Jan Schalken Kuijper tot voogden van haar minderjarige erfgenamen.
