Voor 200 gld. transporteert hij op 2-10-1689 een huis en erf te Heerjansdam aan Willem Francken Benschop en bij akte van 16-11-1692 verklaart Leendert Bastiaensz. Bleijckert n.a.v. een geldlening, 100 gld. schuldig te zijn aan de armen van Heerjansdam, waarvoor hij zijn huis en erf op Heerjansdam als zekerheid stelt.
