    Teunis Kleijsse Cranenburgh won. onder Carnis transporteerd op 21-4-1698 aan Aldert Maertens won. mede onder Carnis, een zeker huis, berg en melioratie van dijkerf, staande en gelegen onder Carnis, belend ten oosten de kinderen van Pleun Fortuin, westen de wed. van Kleijs Teunis Cranenburgh, ten zuiden de gemeenlandsedijk en ten noorden de gemeenlandswatering, voor 400 gld kontant.
    Ook de zelfde dag compareerden Bastiaen Cornelis, Cornelis Cornelis en Sijmon Teunis Cranenburg als in huwelijk hebbende Aegie Cornelis, allen kinderen en erfgenamen van Cornelis Bastiaen (Schipper) en Bastiaentje Jans, wonende allen aan de Koedoot. Zij verkopen aan Teunis Kleijsse Craenenburg wonende mede onder Carnis een zeker huis en melioratie van dijkerf staande en gelegen aan de Koedoot onder Carnis. Belend ten oosten de oude haven aan de Koedoot, ten westen en zuiden en noorden de dijk of rijpad, voor de som van 490 gld. kontant.
    Op 21-4-1698 bekent Teunis Cleijs Craenenburg won. Carnis schuldig te zijn aan zijn vier aangehuwelijkte voorkinderen, met name Hendrik, Gerrit, Willem en Aerjaentie Ariens geprocureerd bij Arij Pieters Bravenboer en Marijtje Gerrits van der Meulen de som van 150 gld., competerende wegens haar vaderlijke uitkoopbrief van 21-6-1696.
