Catharina, Annetgen, Claes en Cornelis van der Duyn, samen met de weeskinderen van Leendert van der Duyn,overleden zoon van haar bovenbedoelde zuster. Testatrice geeft nadere disposities met betrekking tot een woning en 13½ mergen land in Cralingen aan het Toepadt. Zij verklaart voorts niet te willen dat bovengenoemde Claes van der Duyn trouwt met Anna Bastiaensdr, dochter van Bastiaen Pet; indien hij dit toch doet vervalt zijn erfdeel en krijgt hij daarvan alleen het vruchtgebruik. Als executeurs- testamentair benoemt testatrice haar cousijns Adriaen Besemer, burgemeester, en Joris Francken Crooswijck, brouwer in de Haesewinthondt.
