Zij komen overeen na gedaene openinge van de selven boedel over het moederlijk goed der kinderen: Willem Ariens Voogt zal de drie kinderen (Arije, Jan en Dirckje) opvoeden enz. en bij meerderjarigheid 50 Car. gld. en al het goud en zilver dat door hun moeder gedragen is uitkeren. Willem stelt al zijn goederen hiervoor als borg.

Het is verwarrend dat bij feiten te lezen is dat Aagje Jans Opmeer met Willem Cornelis (niet Ariens) Voogt getrouwd zou zijn geweest, bij het huwelijk en alle dopen worden ze echter als Willem Arijs en Aegje opgetekend. Wrs. is dit een transcriptie fout. Of heeft de notaris de fout gemaakt? In ieder geval lijkt overtuigend bewezen dat het hier om het juiste patroniem gaat: Ariens of Arijsz.
