Zij verklaren op verzoek van Gerrit Hend(rick)s Voogt, marktschipper van Hoogvliet, over een ruzie op het schip in de maand november van 1725 tussen Gerrit Hend(rick)s Voogt en zijn huisvrouw Ingetje Gerrits den Oude. Pieter Gerrits Voogt, zoon van de requirant, verscheen vervolgens op de kade en de schuit en zij verklaren niet te hebben gezien dat Pieter zijn vader of moeder heeft geslagen.
