Poortugaal 1 november 1620, j.m . van Hoogvliet (1646), ouderling (1669, 1671-1672) van Hoogvliet, overl. tussen 1672 en 6 juni 1708, zoon van Pieter Arentsz. (Ariensz.) Noortsy (Norschey) alias den Timmerman, timmerman te Hoogvliet, en Maritje Maertensdr. Jannetje werd als wees tot in 1637 uitbesteed bij oom Cleys Leendertsz. onder Ridderkerk. Zij en haar man zijn behandeld in het boek over de familie Noordzij.
