Veen R876, 23-6-1789: Jacob Kwetters, wonend tot Veen, verklaart dat zijn schoonvader Jacob van Rijswijk in Gorinchem is overleden een dag voor bovenstaande datum. Hij was naar de stad gekomen teneinde de marktdag te bezoeken. Hij was overleden aan een beroerte. Verzocht wordt om zijn lijk pro deo te mogen vervoeren naar Veen.
Gorinchem N4259 nr. 1, 8-1-1790: Testament van Peter Dalm en Eva van Rijswijk. De kinderen uit hun vorige huwelijk krijgen voor de dienst die zij sinds hun 18e jaar hebben verricht fl. 20,- per jaar. Zij benoemen elkaar tot universeel erfgenaam na aftrek van het legitieme portie van de voorkinderen. Verdere regelingen worden getroffen in geval dat een hunner zal hertrouwen of sterven. De nagelaten boedel mag niet belast of verkocht worden etc.
