Tjaert van Burmania, gedoopt Cornjum 27 feb 1670, overleden 25 aug 1702 ,in het 33e jaar, begraven Cornjum ,grafschrift, zoon van Laes van Burmania en Jeltje Agatha van Aylva.

Hij was grietman van Leeuwarderadeel van 22-9-1688 tot zijn overlijden in 1702.
Hij woonde evenals zijn vader op Martenastate te Cornjum.
Tjaert is in ondertrouw gegaan Hallum 29 sep 1694 en getrouwd Cornjum 7 okt 1694 met Remia van Douma, gedoopt Hallum 15 mrt 1674, overleden 2 apr 1715 ,41 jaar,, begraven Cornjum ,grafschrift, dochter van Bartholt van Douma en Doedt van Crack, ,ook Dorothea.
Bij hertrouwen in 1712 woonde zij in Cornjum.
Remia is later in ondertrouw gegaan Leeuwarden 19 aug 1712 met Ulbe Ulbes van Sixma, afkomstig uit Leeuwarden in 1712, overleden 17 mrt 1760.

1 Laes van Burmania, gedoopt Cornjum 21 jul 1695.
2 Bartholt van Burmania, geboren Cornjum 3 jul 1696, gedoopt aldaar 5 jul 1696, overleden 1754, begraven Britsum ,grafschrift.
Bartholt is getrouwd 10 apr 1729 met Catharina Lucia van Burmania, geboren Britsum 26 mei 1694, gedoopt aldaar 27 mei 1694, overleden Oosterlittens 13 feb 1769, begraven Britsum ,grafschrift, dochter van Sjuck Tjaert van Burmania (X-c) en Maria Helena van Inthiema.
3 Epo Sjuck van Burmania, geboren Cornjum 5 okt 1697, gedoopt aldaar 10 okt 1697,
4 Laes Ulbe van Burmania, gedoopt Cornjum 3 mrt 1700,
