Notes about Johan Leonardus COLTHOFF

Het rechterlijk archief van Vlijmen, boek 144-55ff behandeld een klacht met betrekking tot Johannes Leonardus. Op 13-01-1791 verkocht hij voor hfl 1.500,- zijn huis met 3-1/2 hond land aan Elisabeth ten Hagen in het Quartier de Heijstraat in het Blok den Akker. De koopster beklaagde zich bij schout en schepenen over de slechte staat van onderhoud en deze laten de timmerman een onderzoek doen, waaruit blijkt dat de westgevel opnieuw opgemetseld moet worden met vernieuwing van de kozijnen. Hetzelfde geldt voor de geveltop en ook het dak dient hersteld te worden. Tenslotte dienen alle beglazingen gerepareerd te worden en alles opnieuw geschilderd te worden. (Bron: J.
